| Started his career in the company's wing of building construction and real estate division, is now highly specialized in soliciting projects and keeping abreast with the latest technologies and market demands. In addition, he is in-charge of the general administration of sites and coordinating with clients. He leads the highly motivated teams of Architects, Engineers, Supervisors and networks of sub-contractors and engages them in execution of wide range of projects such as residential complexes, farmhouses and other mega projects. |

After completing engineering and working for few years with the company, he realized that the contemporary construction demands not only technical skills but requires managerial expertise, hence, he quenched his thirst for acquiring management skills by successfully completing his Masters in Project Management with higher distinction from one of the Australia's best University – Queensland University of Technology.
He worked with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) on various multi-million dollar projects. Realizing the need for innovation, he joined the company as Projects Director with a challenge of breaking the barriers to technological up gradation and to cater to the latest hi-tech market demands with his knowledge and experience. Empowered with unique research and development acumen, he is adept at achieving targeted results within a short span of time. He has the ability to leverage on scale of technology and development of available infrastructure, with a goal to save time and cost, achieve better quality of information flow with skills of decision making and enduring before deadlines. |

| Started as assistant looking after company's plant and equipment division, he embarked on an ambitious program of modernizing and utilizing state of the art equipment and technology. He is responsible for Plant Operations, Maintenance, Trucking, Inventory and Customer Relations. Experienced Operating Batch and Drum Plants, he is also responsible for multiple HMA and Aggregate Labs Supervises all Mix Designs, Field Testing, Lab Testing and Government Compliance. He is also actively involved with State and Industry Associations. All these prove his devotion, efficiency and hard work which immensely contributed towards group's development and success. |
