| When it comes to implementing the safety norms the entire site is considered as one community. Everybody including the subcontractors is thoroughly checked for alcohol and other illicit substance consumption. The person who is found to have indulged in substance abuse is immediately segregated and appropriate counseling and other related measures are carried out. |

| We have a multi-pronged Quality mechanism in place which includes regular in-house training. Apart from the regular in-house training we also have other aggressive quality enhancement procedures such as encouraging tower class participation in construction via apprenticeship programs. The Delivery system of the company is perfectly time tested and highly flexible. We deal with both government and private sectors. While working for the government we provide cost effective and lump-sum award. In case of private sector we undertake a wide spectrum of contracts such as, Negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts, Cost Plus Fixed-Free (CPFF) and Design/Build (D/B) forms of contracting.
We have a well formed institutional maintenance system. This includes an in-house expediter who actively manages the procurement and supply of the materials.
All these enable us to perform meaningful value engineering and tightly price the critical portions of the contract. |

| Value Engineering (VE) or brainstorming to devise more cost-effective solutions to the same programmatic requirements, is our specialty. We work with Owners and Consultants to help select materials and methods that are the most practical, cost-effective and attractive. We have licensed structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers on our staff whose expertise and experience ensures that our building system evaluations are considerably enhanced. |

Providing speedy and at the same time effective solutions to our clients has always been our top priority. | SPEEDING ENGINEERING |
To meet all the above requirements and predicaments the group has developed a very innovative concept called speed engineering. As part of execution of this concept in-house our structural engineering team is integrated with our design team to develop the fastest solutions thereby bringing the structure out of the ground.
We analyse material availability for delay impacts; structural details for labor availability and construct ability; and building systems for pre-fabrication opportunities. Often, project costs are lowered through the speed engineering process, but the emphasis is on timely and safe completion. |
